Florida Construction and Scheduling Consultants is an independent construction consulting firm built on one simple principle: when a schedule becomes evidence, the analysis behind it has to be bulletproof.

Founded in 2012 by Don Carlow, the firm draws on more than four decades of construction industry experience — including a decade spent in the construction claims practices of two national consulting firms before Don established his own. That foundation in high-stakes claims work shapes everything the firm does today.

What began with a focus on Florida has grown into a regional and national practice. The firm has handled projects across the Southeast and Gulf Coast, including work in North Carolina, Virginia, Louisiana, Texas, and the Caribbean. Wherever complex construction disputes arise, we're equipped to help.

 

Today, Florida Construction and Scheduling Consultants specializes in three core areas:
